Annotation

Robotization of control of ship automation systems (SAS) is currently considered as one of the main ways to improve the quality of their functioning, reduce the possible negative impact of the human factor, is an urgent and very difficult scientific and practical task. The choice of a promising direction for its solution today provides for the formation of a model and technology of the so-called digital twin (CD) among a number of ways. As a variant of its implementation, a model and a technological sample of the CD of a typical SAS based on the ASOR-22.5 robotic design complex are presented. This makes it possible to assess the most significant system, organizational and technical indicators of the functioning of the SAS in real time, predict their development, make proactive automatic and automated decisions on the management of operational safety, localization of emergencies and accidents, the struggle for survivability in relation to heterogeneous ship facilities and monitor the effectiveness of the implementation of the decisions taken.
