Annotation

The article deals with the problems of transportation of high-viscosity and high-hardening oil. The results of the calculation to identify the uneven heat flow during oil production are presented. The production of high-viscosity oils containing a large amount of paraffin, i.e. solidifying at relatively high temperatures, increases every year. The production of high-viscosity and high-hardening petroleum products is very significant. Extraction of such liquids in the usual way is irrational, and sometimes impossible due to the large hydraulic resistance. There are several ways to pump highly viscous liquids, but in all cases the oil fluidity increases, i.e. the hydraulic resistance of the pipeline decreases. The extraction of heated high-viscosity oils and petroleum products is the most common method.
Keywords: oil, oil temperature, hot pumping, thermal conductivity coefficient, oil production, production pipe, temperature distribution.
