Annotation

This article presents the results of the development of a prototype control system for an air-independent power plant with an electrochemical generator and hydrogen production from diesel fuel, designed for automated control of technical means and automatic maintenance of the operating parameters of the controlled elements of the system. The technical characteristics of the prototype are described, such as: automatic control of executive bodies, mechanisms, measurement, collection, processing of analog, encoded digital and discrete signals from information sources, presentation of current and calculated values of controlled parameters on monitors, formation of emergency warning light and sound alarms when controlled system parameters exceed permissible limits, viewing the list of commands submitted by the operator for the selected period of time, the calculation of the operating time of the controlled mechanisms, viewing the status of the monitored parameters for a selected period of time, monitoring the serviceability of equipment, communication lines, test control. The functions performed by the prototype (control functions, auxiliary functions and auxiliary functions) are disclosed. The article reveals the principles of building a management system, its architecture and methods of data collection and information exchange. The authors of the article were directly involved in the development of a prototype of an integrated automated control system for an air-independent power plant with an electrochemical generator and diesel fuel reforming.
