CONDUCTIVE INTERFERENCE IN POWER SUPPLY CIRCUITS DURING OPERATION OF AN ASYNCHRONOUS MOTOR WITH A FREQUENCY CONVERTER

Annotation
Frequency converters (FC) on ships are an integral part of the asynchronous motor (AM), they are necessary for its normal operation and their use has expanded significantly with the growth of automation of processes during operation.The use of FС has expanded significantly with the growth of automation of processes during the operation of the vessel. Today, one of the serious issues when using an FС is to ensure electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) during its operation. The difficulty of using IF on ships lies in the fact that most of them do not have the approval of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RS), therefore, developers need to conduct EMC tests, and as a result, revision according to the requirements of the RS. The paper presents the results of measurements of conductive interference when the FС is idling and when the engine is rotating. Graphs with an installed industrial radio interference filter and possible options for modifying the FС are presented.
