Annotation

The paper considers ways to solve the problem of waste from inland and mixed (river-sea) navigation vessels. The method of solving the problem using special vessels for integrated waste processing (hereinafter referred to as VIWP) is indicated. Ship waste and products of their processing are considered from the point of view of their use as renewable energy sources. The proposed method of fleet maintenance solutions allows not only to ensure deep processing of all major types of waste, but also to recover the energy hidden in them using a complex of special interacting systems. The calculation of the amount of waste generated and the heat generated during their combustion on a mixed-navigation vessel has been performed.
Keywords: vessels for integrated waste processing, ship waste, incineration, recovery
