Annotation

The article analyzes the development of the bunkering sector of ships with liquefied natural gas (LNG). The prerequisites for the growth of the use of LNG as a fuel and the dynamics of the LNG bunkering market are considered. The focus is on LNG bunkering vessels as a key element of the infrastructure. The current state of the world bunkering fleet, trends in increasing their cargo capacity, and design features are described.
