Annotation

The article provides an analysis of Russian and international regulatory documentation for determining the loads from icing on sea vessels, hydrotechnical structures, floating and fixed offshore oil and gas units, etc. The purpose of the work is to synchronize the requirements of regulatory documentation for determining loads from icing and snow deposits in order to obtain a universal scheme for accounting for these loads applicable on the Russian shelf in various regions for all types of platforms: floating and fixed, unmanned and operated with the constant presence of personnel, equipped with anti-icing and without it. The result of the work is a form for taking into account the loads on the horizontal, vertical and cylindrical surfaces of offshore oil and gas facilities, typical for all the noted operating conditions. The results obtained are applicable to platforms operating on the Arctic and subarctic shelf of the Russian Federation, the Caspian, Black and Azov seas. Reliable accounting of loads from icing and snow makes it possible to avoid design errors in terms of ensuring the intact and damage stability of floating structures, operational safety and reliable operation of the technological complex, efficiency and required power of de-icing equipment.
